these radios stink! appear forward to 1/four mile only range on the high power channels.get a cell telephone its a two-way radio. and functions much greater than these imports.junk junk junk.
We use these on a 5 acre campus and have tested their range with awesome achievement. The create top quality could be greater but contemplating the value point I expected some build-expense savings. In a nutshell I would not recommend these for heavy use, but as opposed to many of the radios out there they at least deliver on the promised range.
Battery life with hourly use: 28hrs
Charge Time: four hours
Cons:
No charging light and a Voice activated function than can get you into an unfortunate circumstance if left on.
